4 pieces of salmon fillets.
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
1 teaspoon of olive oil.
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme, chopped.
2 slices of bacon, chopped.
1 10-ounce bag of frozen peas.

Follow these steps to cook your very own healthy salmon dish:
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. On rimmed baking sheets, place the salmon fillets.
3. Mix the olive oil, thyme and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
4. Spread the mixture on the salmon fillets and bake them for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. On a medium skillet, cook the bacon for 12 to 14 minutes until brown.
6. Add the peas and ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper.
7. Cook them for two to three minutes until they are heated through.
8. Serve the salmon on a serving dish and garnish with the bacon and peas.
