We all know how healthy the honey is. It should be consumed on a daily basis due to the big amount of nutrients it contains. But the thing we didn’t know is that the honey is also a great diet food.
Here we have two honey diets. The first diet is very fast and simple, it lasts three days, which is suitable during the weekend. The second one is an anti-toxic diet, it cleanse the body from the inside.
It is recommended to use a high quality honey. If possible, get a darker honey type.
The first (three-day) diet:
If you use this diet, you can lose from 2 to 3 kg in just 3 days!
Attention: Each day you have to eat half a lemon!
Breakfast: mix two yolks with a tablespoon of honey. During the breakfast drink tea with lemon or coffee (no sugar).
Lunch: make cream in the blender from: 100 g cheese, 50 g boiled carrots, 50 g boiled broccoli and 50 g of boiled cauliflower. Drink tea or coffee with 1 teaspoon of honey during the meal.
Dinner: 1 cup of vegetable soup, one slice whole-wheat bread and 1 apple / pear / orange.
Before sleeping: tea with lemon.
Breakfast: same as the first day.
Lunch: make cream from soft boiled egg, one tablespoon of honey and 100 g cheese. During the lunch, drink tea with lemon or coffee (no sugar).
Dinner: 150 grams of fish or chicken fillets, vegetable salad and tea with lemon.
Breakfast: Same as the first day, plus 1 apple.
Lunch: 50 g cheese, 1 slice rye bread and a plate of fresh vegetables with lemon juice.
Dinner: 300 g of boiled vegetables, one soft boiled egg and one cup of tea with one tablespoon of honey.
Anti-toxic Honey Diet
- 1,5 liters of water
- 8 lemons
- 2-3 tablespoons of honey
- 1-2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
Squeeze the juice from the lemons, add the honey and the cayenne pepper, and stir the mixture well. Drink this during the day. You can also drink green tea and water along with it.
The result will be seen after three days. You won’t feel malaise or fatigue, because the honey will feed your body, the peppers will improve your circulation and the lemon will help your body get rid of toxins.
During this diet it is recommended to take the following bath, which will help your body get rid of the toxins easily:
In a tub with warm water add one tablespoon of baking soda or 40-50 ml essential oil of grapefruit, lemon or orange. Do this procedure 20 min daily, three days in a row.
