Unbelievably We Boil Spaghetti In a Wrong Way Our Entire Life

Spaghetti is one of the foods that always remind us on Italy. You can find spaghetti in almost every kitchen around the world and the Italians are very proud when preparing this amazing meal.
Almost everyone cook spaghetti in some deep pot, filled with cold water, allowing it to boil. A little bit of salt is always advisable and it is also believed that it will assist the water to boil quicker. The trick I’m about to present to you is useful for both spaghetti and pasta in general.

When the water starts to boil you should add the spaghetti. Mix them well in order to prevent them from sticking. Some people use fork which makes the separation easier. Then you should mix regularly and in this way you will prevent the spaghetti from sticking to the pan and keep it separated all the time.

This method is mostly used around the world. Anyway, I will present to you a better way and you will see that you have been cooked your pasta wrongly all the time. This process is faster, easier and will provide you good liquid for your sauces.
You will need a frying pan. Then you should add the spaghetti which is opposite of the above mentioned method. It may seems weird that you will need to use a frying pan, but at the end, you will be amazed.

Then you will need to add water over your spaghetti. Pour the spaghetti with cold water. This is another thing that is just the opposite from the conventional way of cooking pasta. The cold water will prevent the spaghetti noodles from sticking to each other. You will already use noticeably less amount of water than before. In fact, you are using a frying pan, not a deep pot.

When your pasta is cooked, you can use the water for your sauce because the water becomes perfect for this purpose. This way of cooking will save you a lot of energy and time.
